Refunds
Do we offer refunds?
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We currently offer exchanges.
Are returns free?
You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless a trackable shipping service is used.
What items can be returned?
You can return items within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
*Please note: All cowhide products are made of genuine cowhide and leather, cowhide products may have small blemishes present due to them being made of genuine cowhide/leather. In this case the item is not eligible for a refund.
What items can't be returned?
You cannot return items that were purchased over 10 days ago, any sale items, preorder items, damaged items not due to our error.
What if I received a damaged item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
